Online Classes — Frequently Asked Questions
Are online Bharatanatyam classes as effective as in-person?
For technique correction, theory, abhinaya and steady progress, live online classes are highly effective — the guru sees and corrects you in real time. Many of our online students progress just as well as studio students, with the added convenience of learning from home.
What do I need to join online classes?
A stable internet connection, a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, and a clear space of about 2 metres to move in. We guide you through the simple setup in your trial session.
Can complete beginners and young children join online?
Yes. We teach online students of all ages and levels — from five-year-olds taking their first steps to adult beginners starting from scratch.
Do you teach students outside Bangalore and India?
Absolutely. Our online classes reach students across India and NRI families abroad. We schedule batches to suit different time zones wherever possible.
