Learning Bharatanatyam in Coimbatore

Coimbatore has a strong Tamil cultural life and a real appetite for classical arts, but its Bharatanatyam teaching is concentrated in a few older neighbourhoods, and the newer residential belts around Peelamedu and Vadavalli are underserved.

Coimbatore parents often tell us their difficulty is not finding any teacher, but finding one with room in a batch at a time that fits school and tuition. Our online batches are scheduled around exactly that constraint.

How the Classes Work

Free trial first

We start with a free trial class so you can meet the guru and see the teaching style before paying anything.

Live, never recorded

Every session is a live video class. The guru watches your araimandi and rhythm on screen and corrects you in the moment.

Three sessions a week

Two weekday classes plus the longer Sunday session, so new material is taught and then consolidated rather than rushed.

The full tradition

Adavus, mudras, tala, abhinaya and margam repertoire, with Sanskrit shlokas available alongside.
