Refund Policy

Clear and honest, so there are no surprises. Please attend a demo class before you enroll.

The one thing to know

Enrollment fees and monthly fees are non-refundable.

That is exactly why we encourage every family to attend a demo class first. Come, watch, meet the guru, and join only when you are sure it is the right fit. Once you enroll and pay, fees cannot be refunded.

This Refund Policy applies to all classes and programmes offered by Nrithyakshetra, both at our HSR Layout studio and online. By enrolling and making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable

The one-time enrollment / registration fee secures your place in a batch and covers onboarding and administration. Once paid, the enrollment fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including if the student later decides not to continue.

Monthly fees are non-refundable

Monthly (or term) tuition fees are paid in advance for the upcoming billing cycle. Once a cycle has begun, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable — in full or in part — whether or not the student attends every class.

This applies to absences, holidays taken by the student, mid-month discontinuation, or a change of mind after classes have started.

Missed classes

Fees are charged for your enrolled place, not per class attended. Classes missed by the student are not refundable. Where the schedule reasonably permits, we will try to offer a make-up class, but this is a courtesy and not a guaranteed entitlement.

Performances, costumes & event charges

Any additional amounts collected for recitals, annual functions, arangetrams, costumes, accessories, or venue/event charges are non-refundable once committed or purchased on the student's behalf, as these costs are incurred in advance.

Classes cancelled by the academy

If we cancel a scheduled class for reasons within our control and cannot offer a make-up session, we will provide an appropriate adjustment or credit towards your next cycle. This is the only situation in which any adjustment is made, and it is offered as a credit rather than a cash refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same cycle, or a technical error results in an incorrect charge, please contact us within 7 days at nrithyakshetra.bharatnatyam@gmail.com with proof of the transaction. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
